Terms of Use and Purchase

Last updated: 20 October 2026

1. General

These terms govern the use of the website www.aryvati.com and the purchase/licensing of the ARYVATI service provided by Hedonistria d.o.o., Vodnjanska ulica 22, Rovinj, Croatia, OIB 71552486426, info@aryvati.com.

2. Service

ARYVATI is a digital service for managing information and communication content related to the guest experience. The exact feature set depends on the active product version, the licence and the available integrations.

3. User account

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their account information, for safeguarding their login credentials and for activity under their account. Users must notify Hedonistria without delay if they suspect unauthorised access.

4. Licence

By purchasing, the user receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use ARYVATI for the number of accommodation units and the period stated in the order. Ownership of the software, design, code, name, marks and other intellectual property rights remains with the respective rights holder.

5. Ordering

ARYVATI services can be purchased electronically through www.aryvati.com. The customer selects the number of accommodation units for which a licence is required and, before confirming the order, reviews the licence term, unit price, any volume discount and the total amount payable.

To place an order, the customer enters the information required for the service agreement and invoicing, such as their full name or company name, OIB (Croatian personal identification number) or other tax identification number, address, country, email address and contact telephone number. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Before making payment, the customer confirms acceptance of the Terms of Use and Purchase and acknowledges the Privacy Policy. Consent to receive marketing messages, if offered, is separate and optional. Following a successful transaction, the customer receives an electronic order confirmation.

6. Prices

The applicable price is displayed before the order is confirmed. Before payment, the buyer sees the subtotal, any discount and the total amount. Prices and volume discounts may change for future purchases and renewals, subject to prior publication or notice where required.

7. Payment

The annual licence is paid for using the methods displayed at checkout. Card payments are processed through the Monri Payment Gateway (WebPay) system. Payment is successfully completed once the payment system confirms the transaction. If a transaction is declined or interrupted, the order is not considered paid.

Prices are stated in euros (EUR). Before payment, the customer is shown the subtotal, any discount and the final amount payable. ARYVATI/Hedonistria d.o.o. does not store complete payment card details. Information about payment protection is provided on the Payment security page.

8. Delivery

ARYVATI is delivered as a digital service, with no physical shipment. The licence is activated after successful payment has been confirmed and the information required to create or configure the user account has been completed, unless otherwise stated in a specific offer.

Access to the service is provided through the relevant user interface. The customer can manage content and accommodation units within the number of units and range of features covered by the active licence. The availability of particular integrations depends on the technical capabilities and availability of third-party systems.

If, after a successful payment, the customer cannot access the service or complete activation, they may request support at info@aryvati.com. As no physical goods are delivered, there is no physical shipping charge.

9. Term, renewal and cancellation

The licence runs for 12 months from the activation date and does not renew automatically. We send the user an email reminder no later than 30 days before expiry, and the licence can be extended from their account. If the licence is not renewed, access is closed and the data is kept for a further 90 days so that the user can export it, after which it is permanently deleted.

10. Complaints and refunds

A customer may submit a complaint or written grievance concerning an issue with an order, payment, licence activation or provision of the contracted digital service. Complaints should be sent to info@aryvati.com, together with a description of the issue and the information needed to identify the order (e.g. the email address used for the purchase, the date and the transaction reference, if available).

Hedonistria reviews the complaint and responds no later than 15 days from receipt. Depending on the circumstances established, possible remedies include resolving the technical problem, enabling the contracted access or another remedy provided for by law or contract.

The user may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of activation and receive a full refund, provided the service has not been used for actual guests during that period. Requests to cancel a licence or obtain a refund may be sent to info@aryvati.com. Where a refund is approved or required by law, it is made in accordance with the payment service provider’s rules and relevant regulations. These terms do not exclude or restrict statutory consumer rights where the customer is a consumer.

11. Third-party integrations

The availability of integrations with external platforms may depend on technical capabilities, API rules and third-party availability. Hedonistria does not control external systems and may modify or discontinue an integration where external conditions require it.

12. User content

Users are responsible for the legality and accuracy of, and for holding the rights to, the content they enter into ARYVATI, including photos, texts, recommendations and property information.

13. Availability and maintenance

We aim to provide stable availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned and emergency maintenance, upgrades and interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

14. Prohibited use

It is not permitted to misuse the system, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, copy or reverse engineer the service contrary to applicable law, or use ARYVATI for unlawful content or activities.

15. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of the parties is limited in accordance with the agreed terms. ARYVATI does not replace a host’s legal obligations, official guest registration, safety procedures or other obligations that the user must fulfil themselves.

16. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Where a user processes their guests’ personal data through ARYVATI, the controller and processor roles and any data processing agreement must be documented separately, in line with the actual processing model.

17. Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service, the law or the business model. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated appropriately.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. The parties will seek to resolve any disputes amicably; where that is not possible, the competent court in Pula has jurisdiction.
